Boutique gaming event organizer European Gaming Media and Events has announced that its inaugural European Gaming Congress (EGC) is due to feature a special panel discussion looking at the potential in the online gambling markets of Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

According to an official Wednesday press release published by CalvinAyre.com, this one-off event is to be moderated by Joerg Hofmann from German legal firm Melchers Law and feature a panel of ‘leading experts’ that is set to include the President for Austria’s Automatenverband trade association, Helmut Kafka.

European Gaming Media and Events explained that its one-day EGC will be held at the Grand Union Hotel in the Slovenian capital of Ljubljana on October 16 with its special panel discussion also set to include submissions from the General Secretary for the Austrian Association for Betting and Gambling, Raffaela Zillner, as well as Martin Arendts from German gaming law firm Arendts Anwalte.
