Landing International Development has been busy with their Jeju Shinhwa World project, a development currently under construction on Jeju Island of South Korea. Back in April, the Somerset Jeju Shinhwa accommodation section opened to guests providing comfortable overnight options. Now, the developer has announced that they have signed an agreement with the Four Seasons brand to create a luxury Four Seasons Resort on-site.
According to Agbrief.com, the new Four Seasons Resort will be ready by 2019 and will include 240 luxury guest spaces. In the mix will be standard guest rooms, suites as well as villas. On top of the guest accommodations, the property will also include restaurants and bars, plus facilities that can be used to host corporate events, weddings, etc. For guest comfort, a luxury spa is also included in the plans, with a tea house theme of traditional Korean style.
When announcing their new agreement for the Four Seasons Resort, Landing International Development stated that they have decided to speed up plans to complete the waterpark for the Jeju project as well as the hotel for the theme park, dormitory/training facilities during 2018. The company also has plans to create a new lobby and guest facilities in the resort condominium of Somerset.
Yang Zhihui, the Chairman and Executive Director of Landing International Development, stated that the Group is confident in Jeju Shinhwa World becoming a new hot spot for tourists, including global and local travelers with the launch of the new Four Seasons property along with accelerating plans and changing up construction plans for the project.
