A leading UK casino game operator, Grosvenor Casinos, has made a deal with 20SHOTS, the B2B betting software provider, to launch the provider’s football jackpot game Fantasy5. As reported, the new product will be launched on the operator’s online platform on 11 August, ahead of the start of the new Premier League season.

B2B Partnership:

Under the terms of the deal, Grosvenor Casinos will host the fantasy football game under its own brand. The game to go live on the operator’s platform GrosvenorCasino.com starting from August 11 will, according to the source, include a different Fantasy5 player pool than the standard B2C offerings of 20SHOTS. Indeed, the sales and acquisition deal seems conceived like a B2B partnership rather than a B2C arrangement whereas the timing for the game launch seems perfectly chosen as the Premier League season is set to start on August 12, 2023.

Commenting on the latest deal, Tom Orton, Director of Sports at Rank Group, the parent company of Grosvenor Casinos, reportedly said: “We are delighted to have partnered with 20SHOTS to integrate Fantasy5 within our website. Indeed, Fantasy5 game features include the option for customers to select five players and use them to win their fantasy point goals. The operator will have five games going live every week and will award a weekly jackpot of £10,000 ($12,761) to those who have selected the correct combination of five players for the weekly jackpot run. As reported, the jackpot prize will be split according to the number of winners.

The UK-based provider has simultaneously used the beginning of the football season to partner with operator BoyleSports for the Fantasy5 launch for the operator’s customers in UK and Ireland. This version reportedly contains a player pool tailored for the jurisdictions concerned.
