The Horseshoe Casino of Cleveland, Ohio will soon be known as the JACK  Cleveland Casino, once JACK Entertainment (formerly known as Rock Gaming)  who has fully owned Horseshoe Casino Cleveland since February 2015, completes a name change for the property. On Monday, May the 9th, the casino is set to close for a forty hour time frame as the daily operations are transferred from current operator and former partner, Caesars Entertainment to the recently renamed JACK Entertainment.

Closing on the 9th at 11:59 p.m., the venue is set to reopen at 4 p.m. on the 11th of May and be renamed as the JACK Cleveland Casino. The process is pending OCCC approval. With the new name, the casino will also feature a new rewards program. The new program is titled ClubJACK and visitors to the Horseshoe Casino in Ohio have already been earning points for the new system by using Caesars Total Rewards cards.

This article and headline have been updated to correct an assertion that a change in ownership is taking place, and to note Rock Gaming’s change of name to JACK Entertainment.
