On the Cotai Strip of Macau, Louis XIII is planning on developing a new luxury destination. The property is under development and should open by next summer. In the meantime, Louis XIII has begun to train employees to be able to enhance the luxury experience. Individuals in butler positions have been sent to Paris to work with the MCM Palace Consultants group. A training session is being provided for butlers to be extensively trained in the art of service.
Included in the training session is service techniques, etiquette and entertaining. Macau citizens were given the opportunity to take the training session to better develop professional skills on a worldly level. Stephen Hung is the Louis XIII Joint Chairman and recently stated that all team members of Louis XIII are part of creating a refined and remarkable guest experience.
Hung pointed out that expertise and skill level must be of the highest quality and the butler training in Paris is the best example as to the company’s pledge and commitment to developing the valued staff. Louis XIII looks to redefine the meaning of luxury experience to each guest all the while transforming the aspirations of the citizens of Macau who will make the experiences happen.
Additional training will be provided to the butlers by the Guild of Professional English Butlers. Graduates of the training program will be given Associate Membership of the Guild.
